Frankly, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I used GX for a LONG time before moving over to CFG. I made the move over to fat32, so I changed everything. The one thing I can say is that I feel like I have more options with CFG because of the configurator. If you can use GX without any errors on any of your games and you like the GUI, then there is truely no REAL reason to change loaders.

Ok. Well continuing with subject of CFG. I used the installer guide on this site to install CFG to replace GX. I updated all cIOS and installed the wads. CFG shows on my menu now but when I select it it goes black and says "error please press a button to restart wii." I've tried using 222, 223, 249, and 250 and it still does not work. Am I possibly missing a Boot file or DOL? Not really sure what I did wrong. Could someone please help. Again Im using 4.2U

Go ahead and uninstall any CFG channel you have, and delete any USB-loader folders on your SD card, then follow the guide from the beginning over again. (No not change any of your IOS settings yet) The guide is in my signature to make it easier for you to find.
