Making sure I'm optimized + WiiMC not working. Syscheck Log Included

Okay, so I just got a wii this week. It was v4.1U so I followed this guide
    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

I've been able to run hbc games along with snes and sega emus and roms with no problem.

I did attempt to play a wii backup with no success but after trying several different methods I believe it to be a bad game copy since it continues to black screen.

One thing I am unable to figure out is WiiMC.

Upon loading WiiMC I get the following error message:
Error: The current IOS has been altered (fake-signed). Functionality and/or stability may be adversely affected.

Along with this if I try to click on the dvd icon while a dvd is in the drive:
Error: WiiMC does not have DVD access - AHBPROT is not enabled.

I did make sure to have IOS58-64-v1675 installed as recommended in another thread so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Does my system look like it's optimally softmodded?
As it is now should I have any problems playing backups via USB/HDD/SD?
Any idea what's wrong with my WiiMC? Haven't been able to find a fix from searching.

Last of all, I installed syscheck and ran it. Here is the log:

You need to install the latest version of the homebrew channel, to be able to use WiiMC. Download it at bootmii.org and install it using the hbc.

Thanks. Updating my hbc fixed the WiiMC problem.
I also updated to cIOS249[57]-v19.wad and now I can play wii game copies from my usb hdd.

I am having a new problem now. Since updating to cIOS249[57]-v19.wad my syscheck no longer works, my genesis emu no longer works, and worst of all my wad manager no longer works.

Should I have installed cIOS249[57]-v20.wad instead of cIOS249[57]-v19.wad?

No, you should have just stayed at v17, as that is the most stable one. Just reinstall it.

Unless I'm incorrect, you can't use v17 to load FAT32 which is why i updated.

You are correct and rev 19 and 20 work just fine. Your emulator problem is unrelated, emu's don't use that cIOS. What do you mean by syscheck doesn't work? Try a syscheck from DOP-Mii.

To use wad manager just get version 1.7 and it will work with your current cIOS. Or if you want to use your old version of WM just install IOS236 and use that to install with (or you can use IOS36 if its patched).
    Damn I suck!!!!

You are right fat32 loads with 19+ not on 17. All though you can have cfg loader starting up with cios 250 rev 20 and still leave 249 at rev 17.

Have a look at this thread for the best configuration for cios'
    Wanin and Hermes cIOS Wads....

Well, I first noticed something was wrong when my genesis emu started crashing. It hadn't done this until I updated to 249 rev 19. Rev 19 did allow me to finally play wii game backups from my usb hdd though.

I decided I would run syscheck and come back to the forums and see what everyone thought however syscheck now freezes toward the end of the scan.

At this point I decided maybe I should try rev 20.

My WAD manager now returns the following error message while using IOS249:
Error! (ret= -1) Press any button to continue

Did you read my response? I told you how to fix most of those things. Run a dop-mii system scan and tell us what IOS it freezes at please.

I tried installing Wad Manager 1.7 earlier with no luck.
I just ran the dop-mii scan. I'm not sure what you mean what IOS it freezes at. Is that where I have to press a button to continue scanning? If so I'll rescan.
