Wario Land Shake It Black screen [SOLVED]

    Hi guys,

I was just researching to see if this has been posted anywhere, but i couldn't find anything. So a friend of mine gave me a 500MB Iso of Warioland Shake It! and i burnt it using ImgBurn. So i put it in my wii and when it boots up, I do get the picture on the Disc Channel where the start button is. The picture loaded and i was happy that it worked, but once i clicked the play button, only a black screen loads and no game. I also checked out the black screen problems post by Krank (http://www.wiihacks.com/general-home...ons-guide.html) I did not try what he suggested about the bad/corrupt cIOS because i do get the start button screen. Could that still be the problem even though it does load to the start game button? Also the game doesn't run in Neogamma either. I hope i am put enough detail. I am a noob, and i don't know much.

The .sio is NTSC, my wii is 4.1U softmodded by Mauifrog's guide. Thank you for any help that is provided and sorry if this is the wrong spot for this.

I don't think they put that info in there just to take up space.

    Hahah, classic!

OP - Sounds like you have a bad rip of the game, your friend gave you a copy so you must have the original disc...try to rip from that.

Hello Krank, thanks for getting back at me. You were right, the rip was bad. I ripped it myself and it runs flawlessly. Thanks
