Questions how to burn games to disk etc

I did the 4.3 mod last night using indian jones lego etc. Everything looks to be right. I have the homebrew channel etc. I did download a game which is in many war files. What do I need to do to burn this so it can play on the wii? Can i throw this on a usb and play it that way?
The other question I have is what is the wii flow channel forwarder? Do I need this and if so how do I get it?
    Thanks!

Have you read the rules? I'll give you one guess why you have not received any help on this!
