How do you know that it hasn't installed fully? I also have a somewhat similar question to this and maybe if you are ahead of me you can help answer it. I followed the tutorial by Mauifrog, and i did the optional step, which was to install Darkcorp. The install on the screen went fine and then the wii rebooted, but there is no channel or anything. Has Darkcorp been installed? or is something missing? thank you muffin.

OP - Don't do it! Stop now while you are ahead.

If I'm not mistaken it will set all of your IOS to rev 65535.

Couldn't tell you if it properly installed on your system but you don't realize what you've installed do you. DarkCorp allows you to play backups from the disc channel if your Wii can play burnt DVDs therefor it doesn't get it's own channel or anything. I guess the only way to tell without a system check would be to try to play a burnt disc through the disc channel.
