Sounds like outdated cIOS. Do this and post the results as a reply in this thread.

My god, man... the way you posted these, it creates unnecessary eye strain --- too large a font, which causes wrap-around effect and making the reading more difficult than it should be. This is a 4.3 Wii then, right? It appears to me (if I'm reading this correct for the previously mentioned problem), IOS 222/223/249 appear to be stubbed. These are the usual, prime cIOS most backup loaders run off of. Looks like something went wrong as they didn't get the stub removed and cIOS installed.

Agree, hard to read, but not outdated cIOS...actually many of the key cIOSES are stubbed. Specifically, referring to a NeoGamma problem, IOS249 is stubbed. I presume you updated a softmodded Wii to system menu 4.3 and failed to follow all the steps to re-softmod the 4.3 Wii. Please follow the 4.3 softmod guide and pay close attention to any steps involving removal and replacement of stubbedIOSes. Those are the nonfunctional IOSes that Nintendo placed to try and kill your softmod.

IOS 250 isn't stubbed. 247/248 if memory serves are alternative revision cIOS and they aren't stubbed either. Mauifrog uses that weird revisioning.

Edit: ah hah, saw you caught your original posted and edited, Gen

Your single sentence was already given by Gen3SF:

Just so you don't get confused. There is no stub removal in mauifrgos guides so just read and follow the entire guide and you will be fine.
    Damn I suck!!!!
