Then you should've posted that you got an error instead of posting a sysCheck again.
Well, when in Multi-Mod Manager, go to Load another IOS, select IOS247 (or 248/250), go to WAD Manager and try to install the IOS249 WAD.

    EDIT:
You can use that guide too, if you like.

And like nightstah asks: how come you have Hermes' v5.1 installed out of nowhere?

Yes, it looks fine now. IOS30, IOS50, IOS60 and IOS70 could use a maxed out version number, but if you just make sure you'll never update, there is no need for it.

You have Multi-Mod Manager, right? Well, I'll give you some simple instructions here:

Open up IOS Manager and select to install a cIOS.
Choose IOS60 as a base, install it to slot 30, 50, 60, 70 (one after another, and choose v65535 everytime.
Apply all the first three patches, but don't apply the fourth (Version Restriction).

    EDIT:
In case before you return saying it's not working, you need to do this all under IOS249 (or 247/248/250).

If you wanna know for sure those maxed out System Menu IOSes are installed, you could post a last sysCheck if you like.
Furthermore, everything looks all right! ^^
