    The screen gets fuzzy and flicks and pulsing.
    I totally missed that, a good indication of 'noise' from a bad supply will do the same thing, bad caps, etc. Especially if it is oscillating, get all kinds of funky things on a screen...

    yes I beleive I have the cIOS installed. I think I needed to do all that to get the usb loader to work.
    How do I check to make sure i have the right one installed.

    I am trying something simple first . the wii play 2 winter sports. lol i know dont ask but it seemed simple enough to test with.
    I am going to try mario galaxy next.

    Why no patches to your System Menu? Why Rev 20 for Wani's cIOS 249? Why 5.1 for all Hermes cIOS --- usually 222/223 have Rev 4, 202 Rev 5.1? What the heck guide did you follow?

    I just followed some guide on how to get the wii to see usb drives.

    So how do I fix my mess !! is there a good guide to follow to fix it ?
