Configurable USB Loader - change the primary partition?

So, I split my external hard drive into three partitions:
FAT32 - to use as an SD card,
NTFS - to use as a normal external hard drive,
WBFS - to use for loading Wii games.

Whenever I start up USB Loader, it goes straight to the FAT partition. Is there a way to change it so that it goes to the WBFS partition by default?

Also, anytime I plug my external into my PC, Windows asks if I want to format the drive. This is less annoying, but still something I would like to fix if possible. Suggestions?

Nevermind, I'm dumb. Feel free to either delete the thread, or keep it for anyone searching who ran into the same problem.

SOLUTION: Switch to the partition you want to use. Then "Press 2 to save global options", and it'll always launch that partition.
