Two major problems: Priiloader & USB Loader GX

I recently won a brand new black wii (4.2u) I modded the wii following Messie's guide.
The soft mod was a complete success. The next day I went on the HBC it asked to do an update, after the update I noticed some of my apps were gone from the HBC such as the Homebrew Browser. Not only that, but after the update when ever I try to go to HBC through Priiloader it says something like "not installed" therefore I can not access HBC through priiloader anymore.
I went through the forum to resolve this issue myself, so I decided to "start fresh" with my wii. According to these forums it told me not to make my wii a "virgin" again, just re-do my mods following the same guide. After "re-modding",it was like the first time I just modded, I could access HBC through priiloader, but when I updated my HBC again. The same problem popped up.

I also have an issue with usb loader gx, I have a brand new Western Digital Elements (500gb). I use the entire hard drive as a single partition, which I only formatted through wbfs manager 3.0. I put an iso, Super Smash Bros. Brawl into my drive using the software. I was able to play through single player with no problem but until I beat the game, the screen showed an error message "disc read error, take out disc or reset system". I then restarted my wii and now when I play just one game of Super Smash Bros., after a few minutes the same error message pops up.

    here is my sys. check

*****Im sorry for the long post, I'm trying to explain as clear as possible.
I hope to have a reply ASAP, and resolve this issue so I can play without the fear of not accessing HBC through priiloader (so i can go to Bootmii)
    THANKS IN ADVANCE

Messie's guide works, but the files are outdated. Whoever said not to re-virginize your Wii was right. Everything old or messed up will be overwritten. I suggest you try mauifrog's Softmod ANY Wii guide. It has up-to-date files. At the end of the guide, you will still be asked to update your HBC, but it's okay then.

As for the HBB, it isn't working right now since CodeMii.com is down. USB Loader GX is just all kinds of fail. Try Configurable USB Loader or WiiFlow. Cfg is my favorite, but either one works fine.

Are you sure I can remod using that guide? Because I remember I read something that said I should only mod using the same guide.

Are you sure nothing will happen if I remod using that guide?

stmcmurray76 (what a name) is right, the guide I mentioned will work fine. Softmod ANY wii covers everything, so everything will be updated, and some stuff will be added.
