Maybe you should update your homebrew channel, go to bootmii.org and download the latest hackmii installer v0.8 and run it through your current HBC. It will allow you to update/install bootmii too. Then continue on with the guide.
wish i could put a screen shot of what i am seeing...
basicaly i can see
multiomod manager cb2 bootmii booterloads mm in one box and underneath i have
priiloader preloader mod
when i click on bootmii it starts to load then comes back to same screen with both boxes, any ideas? just tried witha nother sd card perhaps ill go buy a nintendo one 2moro! thanks
any other help will be appreciated thanks
Brilliant thanks, ill give that a go - do i put it onto sd then go into homebrew? if so thats not working and must be the card? thanks
Yeah, just put in in your apps folder. I think there are instructions on the bootmii page too. Sandisk cards seem to be the most reliable for wiihacks, the Nintendo card works too though. You could also try to reformat your current sd card and reload the stuff back onto it.
thanks - apps folder where on sd card?? ill give taht a go before i geta new card. cheers
maybe i should start from scratch as it was modded some time ago - would you recommend that - if so do i need to put it back to standard first? or just continue from part 2 of the guide? sorry to come across so clueless! it makes sense to me but soesnt deem to be working.
The whole "start fresh" idea works for a lot of things in life, but not hacking your Wii. If you try to remove hacks first, you could end up bricking your Wii in the process, and have no hacks to help you fix it.

Thank you for your advice. I am going to try the anywii guide from the beggining and hope for the best!
