What IOS does "Cars Toons Mater's Tall Tales" game need to run

Been running into some issues trying to run my backup of this game. Was wondering if anyone knows which cIOS this game needs installed to run.

Just getting a black screen when I try to run it.

The machine runs fine with all my other BU's through disc or USB, but this particular game doesn't work through my USB loader or on DVD.

Any thoughts?

Backups run via cIOS not the standard IOS. Does the original disc run?
