Uninstalling custom WADs through Disk Management

I installed Block Breaker Deluxe through wad manager and it worked fine. Without even thinking I deleted it using the Disk Management from the system menu instead of uninstalling through wad manager.

Am I at any risk because of this or is this not an issue?

Should i still go into wad manager and uninstall the wad??

    Thanks in advance!!

Custom WAD? Do you mean copyright protected material?

If you purchased it you should re-download it from the shop channel. If you downloaded it illegally and installed it without purchase than no one's gonna help ya here.
