InstallingBBC Iplayer & Weather channel after soft modding?

HI there a while a ago I soft modded my black Wii with system version 4.1e, with priiloader homebrew channel and usb loader GX.

I've been running backups of mine games no problems from External USB Hard Drive.

What I was wondering is can I just add BBC Iplayer channel and weather channel etc in the normal way or do I have to manually install the channels to avoid conflicts with my sofd modding?

Any advise greatly appreciated many thanks

I am 4.2U. I want to know that as well because after softmod the wii. I want to browse internet with my wii.
