    Talking Priiloader versions confusion

I have Priiloader v0.3. Is there a reason to update to v0.4? I heard that v0.4 requires you to "Launch Title" (whatever that means :P )in order to exit Homebrew 1.0.8, which is the Homebrew version I have. What should I do?

Both v0.3 and v0.4 require you to install a forwarder if you you want to launch (not exit) the HBC via Priiloader because the title ID has changed from JODI to AF1BF516. Only v0.5 launches HBC v1.07+ correctly, but that was discontinued because of a bug in AHBPROT. I suggest updating to v0.4.
Check the changelog for more info on versions.

correcting it wasnt a bug in 58 it was a bug with hbc and ahbprot (the install works fine if your wii has internet connection working)

so the only way for priiloader 0.5 to be released is for hbc 1.0.9 to come out first

Ok, I will update to 0.4 but I dont undestand what I should do with the .dol file. After I rename it to boot.dol, and place it in apps folder, do I load it through Homebrew to install something? Or do I just need to have it in there so that Priiloader can use it? :S

    Thanks in advance

go to priiloader settings, find "return to" and alter the settings to where you want to land on game exit, installed file -> wiiflow in your case, systemmenu->sysmenu etc.

kind of highjacked thread hehe crackra..

there is a Install Priiloader guide.

if you just want to get the forwarder running, put the .dol file (doesn't need to be renamed, but just leave it now) in the root of your sd card. go to priiloader, ->install file->select the forwarder dol. go to settings->change boot and/or "return to" to installed file, wii will boot to hbc and return to it on game exit if set so.
    you'll figure it out

you got the same problem, read the thread again, find the forwarder dol, install it in priiloader, go to priiloader settings set return to to installed file.
you'll land in hbc on game exit... oh... don't know if that is possible... boot to wiiflow but return to hbc.... think you only can install one file where you boot and return to.. you need to downgrade your hbc for that i think then you can set priiloader to return to hbc.. (due to the mentioned bug in the hbc that is not possible right now)

Ok, I think I lost you guys. What you are saying to me is to use the forwarder so that whenever I boot up my wii, it takes me automatically to HBC? Because that is not what I want. I want it to take me to system menu. What I am asking is if priiloader can take me to HBC if I banner brick, by holding the reset button, and choosing to open HBC via priiloader. Please identify what you are talking about

i think for now you can't go to HBC via Priiloader because the title or ID is changed in the new HBC
only when they will update HBC 1.0.9 and they will fix some bugs it can be Priiloader 0.5 usable
and you can go HBC from Priilader
