    2. Forwarder Channel -- Installs CFG USB Loader Channel to your Wii Menu.

Load Wad Manager and Install the "USBLoaderCFG_Forwarder-UCXF.wad" (located in the wad folder)

You can now launch CFG USB Loader from your Wii Menu
*The SD/USB Must be connected for the forwarder channel to work*

    *Optional*
Alternate Forwarder Channel --CFG USB Loader - DFCL.rar (Thanks Cile)

I'm sorry, I believe there may be a language issue here, but allow me to try to help you.

You are saying that you are unable to install the CFG USB Loader forwarder channel in WAD Manager? Can you post a syscheck so we can see how your settings are installed?
Give credit where credit is due. If it helps you, click "thanks" on ANY guide I link.

Looks like this is from my guide. We know you have the right folder path if it works from HBC...so the only issue could be the forwarder channel/formatting issue. Are you running this from USB by any chance (meaning is the boot.dol for Cfg on the USB HDD or the SD card?) Please try the alternate forwarder #1 provided in the Cfg install guide, see if this makes a difference ( It should, as a few others had this issue).
    Damn I suck!!!!
