    Step 1
Since you are on 4.3 you will have to reinstall Homebrew the hard way. Do chapter 1 of this guide here.

    Step 2
    1. Download this pack
    2. Un-rar it and place the contents on your SD card
    3. Put the SD in your Wii and power it on
    4. Start Homebrew Channel
    5. Start Wadmanager
    6. Press A
    7. Press left to choose IOS236
    8. Press A to select SD Slot
    9. Press down to choose WAD
    10. Press down and select Neogamma Forwarder.wad
    11. Press A
    12. Press Left to select Uninstall
    13. Press A
    14. Press A to continue
    15. Repeat steps 10-14 to uninstall the reset of the wads

If you get an errors that means that the wads are not installed. When you are done check and make sure USB Loader and Neogamma are gone.

If you have boot2 and a nand.bin backup it would make the process a lot easier. Since you followed Mauifrogs guide you should at least have the backup. The only question is do you have Bootmii installed as boot2. To check, look and see how many times your disk drive light flashes when you turn it on. 1 time = Bootmii as IOS and 2 times = Bootmii as Boot2. If you do have boot2, find a file called nand.bin and report back. If you don't have Boot2 then I hate to say it but your out of luck until you get one of the games needed.

Ok, When I power up the Wii, the blue light comes on real quick and then it looks like it flashes real quick 2 times. After reading the tutorial, I remember installing it as Boot2. Also, I do have the nand.bin saved on my pc

Great! Hopefully you also have a folder called "bootmii". Place both the nand.bin and the bootmii folder on the root of your SD card and put it in your Wii. When you power on, Bootmii should start.
Press (on the Wii itself) - power, power, power, reset, power, reset, reset. This should start the restore process. The first thing it will do is a check to make sure the backup is good. Let it go and when it is done press the eject button to start the restore process.

Report back when it is done.

It is finished restoring. I now have the HBC, and USB Loader GX and NeoGamma R8 rc1 are gone. The Wii is on 4.0 too.

    1. Go here and download the Hackmii Installer
    2. Place the contents in a folder called apps on your SD card
      ---SD:\apps\hackmii_installer_v0.8
    3. Start Homebrew
    4. Start the installer (this should look familiar to you)
    5. Press 1 when asked
    6. Press A (I think, going from memory here as the TV is occupied)
    7. Select Homebrew Channel and Uninstall
    8. Sell your Wii

I recommend you leave Bootmii installed. Someone might be glad you did one of these days.

I figured it out before you added the step All is well and HBC is gone. Is the Wii basically back to virgin other than BootMii being installed? Thank you so much for all your help and patience.
