    I m on a korean Wii - so

    I bought a wii in India and i m having a hard time in understanding procedure

    I took some time to understand the Wii that i have now

    It has Wii homebrew channel
    gamma loader
    and is running a 3.2U version
    and we have been runing USBloader 1.5 wank's

    Earlier we used to load the games using our pen drive (I m saying we becos it a shared resource) but later we all got some money and bought a transcend 250 GB HDD store jet 25M model but now the usb loader is not detecting it

    But the same HDD is visible in the Mplayer; later one my friend said i need to update the Wii to 4.2 or 4.3 but since it a korean wii i have no idea how to go about it i dont want to brick it cos it not available in my place i have to travel to a different city to get a new one which will take me atleast 2 weeks to do so

    plz help; should i update it or not? if yes how? will my drive work with it after that atleast?

    Because otherwise, the OP (and this is mentioned in the hopes he sees this) would be having this brick --- which usually tends to be permanent in most cases.

    0. Watch the language;

    1. Why don't you ask in the cited guide, that'd get you a response most likely from the creator of said guide;

    2. Did you follow one of our USB HD guides? If so, best might to ask this in-guide.

    3. IDK, your statement doesn't entirely make sense.

    4. You can do a SysCheck.
