Ca On booting, the wii wants to reinstall cios, what files must i remove from SD card?

as the title says, Im not sure which files I must delete from my SD card to stop this. If i leave the SD card out of the wii it doesnt try to do this, then i can put the card back in (after booting) and run usbloader. I bought my wii pre-modded so i havent seen the entire process through myself and am a little confused. the cios I just installed was IOS38-64-v3610.

    Pat

p.s. since usbloader doesnt work without the sd card, i assume formatting the card will cause it to stop working.
