Question How to use a flash drive on the wii?

Hi, is it possible to use a USB Flash Drive on the Wii?

I plan to throw MPlayer on it and some videos so I can watch the videos on the Wii from the flash drive....

I'm guessing I have to install some kind of WAD or Homebrew app?

I already have the Homebrew Channel installed...

Just format it as FAT32, then create an apps folder like on your SD card.

So pretty much just pop into back on the USB port(s) of the Wii?

Do I still click the SD Card Button on the Wii Screen to access the flash drive contents or just from the HBC?

Once you have apps on your flash drive, plug it into the port closest the the edge of the wii, go into the HBC, press 1, and select "USB device."

I formatted the flash drive to FAT32 like you suggested, I went to HBC on Wii, press 1 but it won't me choose USB Device....
