Which DVD brand are you using?

Try dumping the game and burning it again.

No, copy the game from the retail disc using an app like Superdump. This will copy the game to an USB or SD and then you can burn it again.

Does this happens with every game or Mario Kart only?

Then it has to be your Wii DVD drive. Your only option is replacing the drive or load the games using an external HDD.

Well you plug an external HDD to the USB ports at the back of the Wii and load the games using a usb loader like USB Loader GX, CFG USB Loader, etc. See here for more info. There is also a HDD compability list
