Formatting my Hard Drive for to WBFS

Alright this questions probably kinda dumb but...i have WD passport elite that has 400 gb filled and 60 free, and is formatted to FAT32. I was wondering if i could partition this extra 60 gigs and make it into a WBFS partition, or it i have to use the FAT32 method? Without deleting all my other files ofcourse. thanks!

Why would you want t do that? Fat32 have the same options, plus more.
