I'm a bit confused. The no way screen is what you get when you connect Sonic and Knuckles to the first Sonic because they are incompatible with each other. There is no way past it but you can press A,B, and C together to play Blue Sphere.

I'm a bit confused by the question because I don't quite understand how you are launching the game. I get that you installed it as a WAD but are you using some form of injected WAD? My above answer is from what happens when I dust off the Genesis and plug the two carts together. The only way you should see the no way screen with all of the charters standing around is if you are trying to play Sonic & Knuckles connected to the original Sonic and then all you have is the hidden game. There is no way around it because it is what it is. The only other way I know of to see that screen is if you are using a ROM dump from both games plugged together.

well, i don't know what "injecting wads" is. I install the regular wads of sonic 3 and sonic&knuckles. so could you help me, please? I have no idea what you just said in the last sentence. I'm no wii softmodding expert. I just followed the guides

I almost forgot! I read that Sonic and Knuckles works on the Wii if you have Sonic the Hedgehog 3 installed. Could mine not work because it's not legit?

My assumption is that you are using a WAD that someone made using a ROM of both Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic plugged together. Not the official Sonic & Knuckles that should launch as its own game. I could be wrong. I don't screw around with injected WADs because I would rather use an emulator.

Try pressing A,B, & C together at that screen to see if a hidden game comes up. If it does there is no way around it.
