Replacement DVD Drive

Hello,
My LU50 Wii is unable to read discs since the drive is broken and I'm thinking of replacing it myself. I've searched what type my drive is on wiidrives.com and got these results:
"Your drive most likely has the following chipset:

•There is a 50% chance the chipset is GC2-DMS.
•And there is also a 50% chance the chipset is GC2-D2B (no cut pins or missing pad)."

So, my questions are:
Does it matter whether it has no cut pins or missing pad?
Where can I find a drive with these features?

Any Drive shoul be fine
btw I reccomend you using USB Loader so u dont need to replace the drive

I already have a USB HDD for the Wii. I just rather install my game discs on my HDD rather than {doing things that we don't want to know about here - I am going to read the forum rules now} Saves a lot of time. :)
