I believe you can sync the wii remotes in the HBC. Just press the red button on the wii (near the SD card slot) and on your wii remote. It should work.
Awesome sig picture does not work

never had this problem myself but could it be something to do with the bluetooth module in the wii?

It could indeed be that his bluetooth module is broken (or loose). Can you turn on the wii using the wii remote?

I can't turn on my wii using remote, the four blue lights on my remote just flash. Maybe the bluetooth module could be an issue but why are the gamecube controllers not working either?

Here is a recent thread addressing the same issue. I think you can hold reset @ that priiloader screen and it will get you to the health screen where you can resync.

I read that thread but the problem I have is that mine is a preloader screen not priiloader. Tried doing that on preloader but no luck

Is there a way I can roll back the wii to its original state? Then re-modding it? Or a way to install this priiloader just using sd card also considering I can't use any remotes?

The wii won't start with a broken or loose bluetooth module. The gamecube controller won't help that.

Try removing your sd card, or at least the bootmii folder so that bootmii doesnt always load at startup, unless you like that of course. Then try powering on wii with remote. If that won't work, then its time to check the BT module, it is common problem, sometimes they can just be loose, but either way requires you to disassemble your wii.
