New to Homebrew Please Help this lost soilder
I have just found out about home brew and such of all the hacking to the wii system. I am currently getting ready to go overseas for the military and want to get everything for my wii ready.. so I will be able to keep sane, entertained, and busy while I am there. I just bought a wii about two months ago and have the latest update as of September 29, 2010. While searching online I discovered that was already a no no and also discovered their was a way to back track this. I literally can not brick this wii and am very cautious of doing so. I only have so much time to figure all of this out and reading everything from the homebrew channel and on wiihacks I am already very confused. Can somebody please guide me to some links where I can use as a guide for me to
A. Get Homebrew and all the applications B. Make sure I do not brick my wii C. How to download roms for snes and things of that nature, and how to make back up copies. D. What not to do after everything is installed. such as being online ever? updating online? etc.. I already have bought two 2gb SanDisk and a Dynex sd card reader.
