    Here's the thing...

If your usb loader isn't working then it has to do with one or a combination of the following:

1.) cIOS - Yours are all correct at this point.
2.) Issues with the USB Loader - You can try reinstalling it or try a different loader or install an updated version.
3.) Game IOS - Some games need certain IOS installed to run a game. See this guide
Which IOS Games Use. Make sure you have the IOS for those games.
4.) Issue with USB drive - The drive can have corrupt sectors, not formatted correctly, not compatible with the Wii, etc.
5.) If your issue has nothing to do with any of this you probably have a bad copy (ISO) of the game(s) or the ISO isn't copying over to the usb drive correctly.
Your correct, its games downloaded not ones I was able to copy from the disc's.

I'm going with issue #5 because I'm using Virtual PC running on Mac 10.4 PPC... VPC is using Windows WBFS Manager 3.0 to copy files from the MAC to the VPC thru to the USB so I'm going to assume something is happening thru all that causing the issue.

Krank, I understand the forums don't support piracy. Just so you understand I have a 5 year old son who doesn't particularly take care of his games and I'm using this backup method as a way to fore-go having to buy new copies of expensive games I've already paid for not downloading games I don't own illegally. But I do understand your concern.

No can do. G5 chip no Intel. PPC Mac running 10.4 and WBFS app doesn't work on my Mac its not compatible.... Unless you know of a version that does on a G5 chip set on 10.4 that I'm unaware of?

Not a concern, a rule to keep our site from being shut -down by trollers of the gaming industry. There is no way to prove one way or the other to anyone that somebody who comes here owns a game. We generally don't ask unless the issues present so much evidence of a person using a downloaded .iso. If a person owns the game, it is far easier to just install it to a harddrive with a usbloader, than it is to download it anyway.

Question, how can I tell if the ISO file I downloaded is valid? I tried to mount the disc image but the disc image fails to mount... meaning I cannot see the files inside the iso to see if there is a valid file structure. I'm guessing its because the disc image is formatted in a means that only a wii can read and not a typical data dvd-r file structure? I can burn the iso thru disc utilities on the mac or toast just fine... but of course the disc doesn't read in the wii.

I would say, perhaps it was one bad iso but FIVE? I must be doing something wrong here. I just don't get it?

Does it matter if the DVD-R has a purple tint on the bottom write surface? Does it have to be silver? Also, 3X isn't an option to burn so I've been using 2X do you think that matters at all?

Burn 2x or 4x and use Verbatim azo dye discs or Taiyo Yudens (DVD-R as you mention).
