Yes if you have an usb drive follow gen3sf guide to format as WBFS and dump a game you own to the USB drive. I've been using GX and it works great Wiiflow, CFG USB Loader are great too.

will the system try to update if i start a game from hard drive or usb drive if i dont have the internet connected as i aint gonna be online play?

can i install something like wiiflow orr soma like that or should i stick to usb gx channel?

thanx in advance i will soon put system check online to see if i have done it right.
    follow this USB loading guide
will answer most of your questions.

don't worry about out of region games, it's just a setting in the loader you are using. i like wiiflow, nice coverflow effects (link below). always good to have 2 or 3 loaders avaible. sometimes they offer different options, but gx and wiiflow should do the job (as mentioned maybe get cfg loader as well)

don't worry about system updates either as you will disable them when you are able to enter priiloader hacks settings.

i have a sd card aswell. i have priiloader 0.5 is that the problem because it might not read the hack.ini file. i am going to try the 0.4 priiloader see if thats the problem because i cant select try install to ios249..

i installed from the top from dopmii to see if that helps but no. when i install priiloader it comes up with delete file not found and something like that. can that be the problem.

Its not priiloader 0.5 the only bug priiloader 0.5 had was the bug in the installer. Also are you putting the hacks.ini file to the root of the SD Card?

its already there in my post #7 : Link
and rename it to hacks.ini not hack.ini

i am still on priiloader 0.3, works fine, 0.5 had issues with the installer, don't know if it is already fixed.
normally your hbc shouldn't interfere with your priiloader installation

0.4 is provided in the priiloader guide, normally you can just install over a previous install. in your case i would go for installing the systemmenu ios again, patched ios70 you already did it once. do it again.
really can't get it where/what is the problem, just strange. lets see if anyone else jumps in with suggestions, or browse the priiloader thread if someone had a similar problem..
