Someone was awfully nice to have moved your post from the Forum Issues/Bugs section of wiihacks --- OP, be very mindful of where you make your posts.

ewww.... I can't save that is a good sign. I'm guessing a GPU problem.

Composite or component? Perhaps try a different set of cables to rule out the most basic first...

Ohh... good thought. Component video will do some weird things if not hook up properly or if a cable is bad.

Well, if it's the Wii and not the cables then the only thing you can do is replace the motherboard. It's certainly not a software issue.

ok i have a cheap set of component cables from overseas somewhere ($5 ebay special -- lol) and if the boys move the wii sometimes the screen goes all blue and a weird blue-green.... (NO AS bad as yours) i have to resit the connector in the wii to make it look better... im not saying that you have crap cables but see if the connector is sitting nicely in the wii port....

also this will also happen if you get the blue red green cables mixed up in the ports on the back of the TV --- i used to sell TV's and this was one of the most common problems with people as they would set up there DVD or whatev in the dark and get the blue and green mixed up as they look the same in dark places.... heck i have even done it....

but anyway that is my 2 cents.....

Yes, I'm not exactly sure as to what the OP meant by he "checked his cables." Checked that they were plugged in? Checked they were lined up with the appropriate color as Emuhack stated? Checked for damage internal to the wires by trying another set? Sorry OP, doesn't feel like enough information to me. CHECKED HOW?
