    mad world issue

    wii softmod 4.2
    usb loader GX r825
    cios 222 installer v4 3.0
    cios38rev17 installer

    1st d/l mad world system would freeze going into usb mode, so I d/l another and now I get the game to start but video is flickering and shakey ...ive looked high and low and could not find an answer......anyone here have the same issue and got theres working

    maybe you want to try a different loader. e.g. wiiflow.
    also sounds like video output region problem. have you tried to force the videomode to your region?
    like go in the settings and mess with the force video option.
    your wii a 4.2E ? -> force to PAL
    4.2U ? -> force NTSC

    thanks for reply...I tried wiiflow and got the samething, I also tried playing around with settings but still get either freeze or video is flickering and shakey with alot of colors......

    anything else

    never used cfg loader...although i tried per the sd instruction but it doesnt show up in homebrew..got any ideas

    don't know
    Copy the contents of "inSDroot" to the root of your SD card.
    This will add the USB Loader to your homebew channel.

    just make sure you have sdcard:\apps\usbloader\boot.dol and that other stuff inside
    + that other folder sdcard:\usbloader with config stuff and cover folder in it
    you ll figure out

    shoot.... had trouble installing so I decided to install by wad and I get error couldnt start then reboots......hhhmmm I got about 50+ games and all work fine with the 4.2 mod ....but "mad world" jeeeeezeees believe me its been a ...mad world...... and doing this all for my kids....lol

    you think it still could be a bad iso?

    yes. backin it up again may help

    for me everything is running on cios 249 rev 20 base 56
    rev 17 base 38 has wiihacks seal of approval have a look at that link above or in my sig. there you can use wadmanager 1.7 or similar to get the cios running without an isntaller.
