i run using latest wiiflow, fat32 hdd. using hermes cios r4.

You have cIOScorp/DarkCorp installed.... and you are loading from USB HDD?? This is silly in my opinion (no offense intended). Do you load any of your games from DVD-r from the Disc Channel? If not, and you strictly load from USB, I highly recommended uninstalling cIOSCORP following Ithians guide.

This should sort out your issues. If it doesn't....then you would be looking for -- Bad ISO, Bad Rip, Usb HDD Compatibility Issue, Possible Corrupt cIOS222/223 Install...Or cIOS249 Install.
    Damn I suck!!!!

my wii is preinstalled with cioscorp when i got it. i dont think i need it anymore since i dont use any dvd to play games anymore. i read ithian cioscorp uninstallation guide. is it perfectly safe? because i dont have bootmii installed as boot 2. tbh, im quite scared uninstalling cioscorp. what if i update to the latest nintendo firmware? does it replace the cioscorp? by the way, what is ios stub? is it totally safe to uninstall ios stub? should i use latest hermes r5 and waninkoko r20 if i use wiiflow to play games?

    thanks.

If you follow it exactly to the letter, yes it is perfectly safe.
what if i update to the latest nintendo firmware? does it replace the cioscorp?
    No, Do NOT do this.
by the way, what is ios stub? is it totally safe to uninstall ios stub?
A stub is perfectly safe to delete. But you already have the recommended cIOS so you shouldn't need to worry about this.

should i use latest hermes r5 and waninkoko r20 if i use wiiflow to play games?
The cIOS you have are the recommended versions. Everything should work fine the way it is. IF you still have issues after the cIOSCORP uninstall and confirming that you have a good iso/rip then post here.
    Damn I suck!!!!
