Are we speaking of a wad or installer? It's just a clone of IOS 36, either with or without patches installed to slot 236. You could do this via DOP-Mii if needed.
So I told my roomate to install IOS236 for me, and I made the dumb mistake in telling him most installs use 1 or A to confirm... And he pressed A when it asked him if he was a pirate! (I of course only use USB Loaders to avoid another broken disc drive, I already had 2)
So... What exactly did the program do after that, and how do I get it to run again without calling me a freaking pirate?!
I used the GAF's tutorial and links I found through the tubes. Terrible installer, I found deleting the HBC save file resolves the issue.
No, its a popular tutorial for simple softmods. If you google IOS 222/223 its the first coupla links.
LOL. I was wondering what installer was being run when I got to the pirate thing. The more I read I realized the Fail tube also.
I would never trust a wad or installer I googled, unless it led me here or GBAtemp possibly.
Our fantastic search feature will locate you a guide for wannin/hermes .wads, put together by Cile. 236 may even be there. One way to find out........
If you are attempting a softmod, best to use a Recommended Guide here on wiihacks; IOS 222 is ancillary to the actual softmod.
