Metal Gear Solid:TTS Not getting past Konami screen

Ok i've finally managed to get GC Backups to boot. I'm trying to get Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes to boot and i've had no success. Using the newest version of NeoGamma and GC Backup Launcher 0.3 I haven't been able to get the game to fully boot. In NeoGamma it reaches the Silicon Knights splash logo (Last splash logo IIRC) and then goes to black with the music slowly fading away. In GC Backup Launcher it reaches the first splash logo (Konami) and then either goes to black or stays on the Konami splash. According to what i've read on the compatibility chart it says

"Press B to Boot Game. Disc Swapping works with the Xi Loader. NTSC-U Game works with PAL Wiis. Works on multi-game iso."

I've tried pressing B on the Launch game from DVD menu item in neogamma and it does nothing at all. I tried the B button on both the Wiimote and the GC controller to no avail. How exactly is it done?

An FYI, I've already searched and from what I understand the game needs to be launched by the B button rather than the A button. The only problem is that it does absolutely nothing at all.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with IOSes. It has everything to do with the fact that the B button does nothing and won't launch the game. Does this have anything to do with rebooter or am I wrong?

Fixed it in the end. It had to do with the fact my controller mapped A on to B.
