update wii shop channel for 3.2?

my wii is a version 3.2U with HBC and backup launcher. i would like to know if there is any possible way of updating the wii shop channel thru a wad or anything similar? as of the moment when i try to access the shop channel it says i have to update my wii, i dont want to do it thru the channel because im scared my hBC or backup launcher may not work anymore. and id prefer to stay on 3.2

does anyone have any suggestions for updating my wii shop channel while still staying on 3.2? maybe a wad of some sort?

In the very rare case you may also need to update IOS61 for the newer versions of the Shopping Channel to work.

Go here and download the Shop Channel and IOS61 Installer. Just Unzip it and put it in your apps folder and run like any other app in homebrew channel.
