UsbLoader Gx and cIOS - Some Questions

Okay, so I have a d3-2 wii with 4.2u system menu, and I wanted to softmod my wii, but I was afraid of modding my wii myself because I understood nothing of it, and I could easly screw it up. I asked my cousin to do it, since he had already done it on his friend's wii, using a sd card to install the HBC.
He installed Usbloader GX, revision 929, and set up a HD to work with it.

I Kept Searching and reading guides here, and now I understand the basics of the softmoding process, but I couldnt find the awnser for some questions:

    - I noticed that none of the dual layer games that I try to run work, and they all fail in different ways, but Im pretty sure that is because of my HD being FAT32, because Fat32 have a limit of 4.7 gbs per file to work well, am I right?

    - Also, I saw more than once in this forum people saying like "this game only works if I try IOS 223" or "try IOS 249 for this one" but if I try changing the IOS under the Game Load Settings to any IOS that is not 222, the UsbLoader gives me black screen in every game. I tried all the other IOSes that are avaible in the setting but the only that works is 222, could my cousing have just intalled the 222 cIOS and forgot the others or something like that? Since he Removed HBC, can I just reinstall it using the method on the guides?

    - I see you guys talking about using "alt dol" for some games, I understand that you are refering to the boot.dol on the HD root, am I right? But how this thing works? I just download the dol for a certain game and rename it to boot.dol and place it in the place of the boot.dol on the HD root? Wouldnt this make the other games to stop working?

    - I tried running Metroid Prime Trilogy, and when I click the game it asks me to choose the DOL file for the game I want to run, it doesnt work, it goes ingame, but when I select the Metroid Prime I want to play it goes back to the usbloader, but is there anyway to use theese alternative DOL files for games that doesn't ask if I wanna use them? How does this works?

Thanks in advance guys, sorry for so many questions, I dont want to be a n00b no more XD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, try some sentences and paragraphs. Your first sentence is the longest sentence I have ever attempted to read (16 commas?)
    Damn I suck!!!!
