Did you format your hard drive and prepare it? Look at the usb loading link in my signature to get started. Wiiflow is just a program to load games from the hard drive. You must get the drive ready first. If you have done that already, try the other usb port on the back of the wii. It's picky.

Follow the guide in my signature called usb loading and format your active primary partition to wbfs format. Also look at the compatibility list to ensure your hdd is supported. Not all of them work.

Yes I meant hard drive. Your SD card must stay in the wii in order to play games. Leave it in and try again.

You have to have a fat32 partition on your HDD, in order for wiiflow to boot from there. Just extract the same files from the download as you put on SD to Fat 32 partition of HDD.

    hi ramriv03
I have a nuisance HDD and sometimes I get that message and no amount of waiting will fix it
I solve it by unplugging it from the main power for a second, I think it has a hibernation period when not used for a while and when asleep the wii cannot initiate it.
This also happens when i remove it from my laptop.

Another fix could be the formatting, the most compatible for apps for a hard drive is FAT32 with a cluster size of 32kb.

    Hope these help
