Easiest way to print alist of my games from hdd?

Does anyone know how to copy/paste or whatever you do in order to print out a list of the games on my wii hdd? I want to email my son the list of games we have on our wii and see if he wants me to send him the hdd over in Iraq for him to play in his spare time. I dont want to sit here and type out a list of every game on there if their is an easier way?

There is a wee bit of software called wii games manager. Can't remember where I got it from but would thinks it would be on here or google it. It will read your wbfs drive and print out a full list from that

Hi I use a small Microsoft Excel add-in called DirTree

You are required to have Microsoft Office (the Excel program in particular) I use Office 2007 but I am sure I had this working in 2003 version

Here is the Download link http://www.cpearson.com/Zips/DirTreeSetup.zip
Here is the webpage (the download link is on there but hard to see) Directory Tree Listings

Here is how you install it

    a. Temporary installation

    1. Extract files from the zip
    2. double click and install (keep a note on where you installed to)
    3. Navigate to installation folder and double click "DirTree.xla"
    4. accept the security warning and click on add-ins (within excel)
    5. you should see add-ons on the toolbar at top
    6. click add-ons then build directory tree

you will have to perform steps 3 and 4 each time you want to use DirTree

    b. Permanant Installation

    1. Extract files from the zip
    2. double click and install (keep a note on where you installed to)
    3. Open Excel and open Excel Options
    4. Click on Add-ons and click Go at the bottom of window
    5. Click browse and navigate to the instalation folder selecting "DirTree.xla"
    6. Click ok, then you should see that add-ons has been added to the tools along the top
    7. select add-ons and click build Directory tree

within the window you will see "browse" click that and search for your wii games folder and accept the folder, Ignore all options for now and then click build.

your list will appear like this

    folder1
    folder2
    file 1
    file 2
    folder3
    file 4
    file 5
    folder 4

you should see the files you want there
you can mess with the options to get different results there is a help file which will instruct you.
    hope this helps
