How to install geexbox? please help!

    Hi Guys,

How do I install geexbox, Its driving me nuts, the instructions say put the two folders in root .. which is what I have done.

When I go to homebrew channel I see geexbox, but when I click on it the screen stays black..

    Here are screenshots

Do you still have the apps and files leftover from your softmod on that SD card? It kind of looks that way. If so, bootmii may be causing a conflict. Backup your SD card and remove a minimum of boot.elf and the AKTN folder from the Private folder and then try again.

By the way, your username now has me craving dim sum.

lol :P, Hey thanks, I got it working, BUT I cannot use the wii remote to navigate.. The blue lights on the wii remote keep blinking, and then the lights remain off..

The default setting for the remote control navigation should be the WiiMote, but doesn't hurt to check. Go the Geexbox/settings and make sure the Remote is the WiiMote.

For the step where Geexbox is looking for the remote control: Make sure to press the 1 and 2 buttons together when the bootup progress bar reaches the end. If it fails to make the connection the first time, you can also press the 1 and 2 buttons again after the LED lights stop flashing.
