Problem after updating from 3.3e to 4.2e!

I updated last night to 4.2e using the NUS Auto Downloader for windows by xFlak40 and everything went perfect....no problems there.

Today tho i was tryen to install a wad and it wodn't let me, got error 1039 or something like that. I thaugh it was a bad wad so i tryed another wad that used to work on my wii and i got the same error. Also wiimc or Mplayer CE would not reconise a dvd when in the drive.

I reinstaled cIos222 v5 and cios202 for wiimc and Mplayer CE, and only Mplayer will work now when playing dvds. Wiimc shows the video slowly and very sqeeky voices for some reasion.

If anyone can help me with this problem i would be very greatful!

Not sure why you wanted to go to 4.2 as 4.1 is the desired menu and there is also a designated Waninkokos firmware updater 4.1.

    Is HB still intact?

Can you run a sys check?

Not sure if this could be your problem
    - IOS 60 (v6174): Used by System Menu 4.0 and 4.1. * Stub v6400 installed for later System Menus.
Ios 70 is used by system menu 4.2 and you have both 60 to

Have you tried using a different cios like rev 17

Is your wii system memory full?

Im not sure just chucking ideas

No system menu use ios70 and if you where to of updated using nint then it would have stubbed ios 60 out.

Anyway to try using rev 17 - Follow this guide http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...installer.html

That's a "can't find file" error. Usually relates to SD card compatibility or missing file.
