Trying to install WIIFLOW 2.0 WBFS_Init failed

    I have a Wii running 4.1U.

    Followed the instructions here: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

    Everything is fine. No problems.
Installed the Honeywad forwarder on my channels. No problem.
Have my 1tb Seagate hard drive configured, 985gig WBFS formatted, 10 games already on it, Primary, set Active, then a 5 gig fat32 partition.

When I run the Wiiflow Channel, I'm asked to connect a HDD, (which already is connected)...it waits for about 5 mins, then errors: WBFS_Init failed.

    What's the fix for this?

Hard Drive is Seagate Expansion Model ST310005EXD101-RK. ( Bought specifically for this purpose, which is compatible, and highly recommended )

just unplug your hdd and plug it back in again when wiiflow asks you to connect a hdd.

Tried that. Same error. Besides, I don't want to have to do that everytime I want to play games. LOL

which wiiflow channel did you install? If you installed v222, then it probably won't load unless you have hermes cios 222 installed.

So I decided to try my jump drive. Formatted one partition, with one game on it. I put it in port 0, and the lights on the flash drive do nothing when I run Wiiflow.
If I plug it into the other USB, when I run Wiiflow, the lights start flashing as if it is being accessed, then I get the WBFS_Init failed after about 60 secs or so.

as much as I love wiiflow, I don't know what's going on right now. Try another loader like USB Loader gx or or configurable usb loader just to make sure your port 0 usb is working. If either of those work, and you still want to try wiiflow, please run a sytem check and post it back.

I just tried USB Loader gx, and it won't recognize either my hdd or flash drive. What do I do now?

Have you tried reducing the size of that partition? Nearly 1TB of space is a little overboard, don't you think? Even if you owned the Wii's entire library of games, you probably won't even come close to filling that all up.

    -Wii Menu 4.2U / DARKCORP v1.1 / BootMii as boot2 / Preloader v0.30-
    -USB HDD / Wiiflow 2.0 / Triiforce / VC Image-Pack / cIOS Wads-
