Thread: sooooo irritating

    sooooo irritating

    so im playing DBZ:BT3 on a backup disc and it randomly disconnects the remote and the image still keeps going but the sound turns off
    Message:
    The connection to wii remote 1 has been lost.
    Please re-connect the wii remote

    What guide did you follow to softmod your wii? We need a litle more info inoder to be able to help.

    and i changed the neogamma to neogammaR813Beta and last night it worked PERFECT.
    then when i wake upits even worse than before.
    oh and on my sd card i have these two things idk about called
    (!) cIOS 222 installer v4 and
    cIOS38r14 installer.what do these do i didnt open them yet in fear of what i dont kno

    oh and btw when i got farther away from the tv the duration of the game got longer before it does the disconnection thing tho and i hadnt played the wii 4 like a few hours

    Those installers can be removed from your SD card. They are no longer needed. cIOS38 R14 is your cIOS249 that gives you the ability to run your backups. cIOS222 installer is only used for certain games so I wouldn't worry about it right now. I would however suggest that you update you cIOS249 R14 to cIOS249 R17 as that might help you. You can find it here. Place it in the apps folder on you SD card, launch Homebrew and run it just like you did in the guide you followed.

    everything goes into the apps or just the folder and the wad to the wad folder
    and i tried it with everything in the apps folder and i get error:ret=-1

    Make it look like this.

    SD:\apps\cIOS38_rev17-Installer (this folder contains 6 files)
    SD:\IOS38-v3867.wad
    SD:\wad\IOS38-v3867.wad

    I can't remember off hand if the wad file has to go in the wad folder or the root so just place it in booth just to be safe.

    i have almost the same wad file on my root its called:ios38-64-v3610.wad
    should i take it out....srry ima noob and started doing this yesterday

    I would just to save confusion. I would also remove the cIOS38 R14 installer from the apps folder again just to save you from confusion.

    omg i am sooooooooooo pissed.why is this all soo confusing.
    can you just give me a layout on what my folder should look like and what to do in the wii just to get the STUPID DRAGONBALL Z BT3 TO WORK...if so thx if not i am sorry to trouble u
    and btw every freakin word confuses me
