In principle, there is no need to upgrade/update. I am on 3.2e as well, and it just works fine. Just install priiloader and use it to block online updates and disc updates, and you will be just fine If you want extra security, you can install bootmii. If you can install it as boot2, your wii will become unbrickable (unless you delete bootmii)!
Awesome sig picture does not work

muffin that is because you have a modchip in your wii. The wiikey2 allows you to play games without softmodding your wii. But it is recommended to have both a hard modded and soft modded wii. My wii is both hard and soft modded. I use the softmod part to install IOS to play games instead of having to do system updates and disc updates. So it allows me to stay at my current system menu with the need to ever update. Then I use the modchip to load games directly from the disc channel.

Yes but the newer games coming out are having the 4.2 update on it which kills out of region gaming on wiis with modchips. As for the 4.3 console you should still be able to play games just not out of region games via modchip no more. You can still however softmod all 3 consoles by using the approriate guide and set them all to load games from an external HDD if you wish.
