    WAD Manager freezing

I'm on the last steps for modding my Wii, and I did everything correct to this point (I think). I'm on step D4 in the 4.2 guide and installing WADs. My IOS is set to 249 and I click on my SD card and it freezes everytime. I'm using a mini SD card housed in a regular SD case. The only thing in the root is Wad, and Apps like it says in the guide.

I would try a different SD card, suprising how some work for everything but not all of them.

Ok well I just switched to a Kingston regular SD card. I am getting the same problem.

The Micro card worked for all the other steps btw. Can anyone give me a fix please. =)

For some users (oddgriffin, for example), Kingston didn't work at all. Why don't you get a Sandisk 2gb SD card, they're the recommended cards. A Wii-branded one is $10 @ Wallyworld and is made by Sandisk. BootMii, Priiloader, and Wad manager ---- usually one or all of these will manifest issues if you're not using the right SD card.

I redid the parts B & C in the 4.2 guide with the Kingston SD card and it worked. Thanks for all the help guys.
