What games should I get for my new Wii?

Hello, I just recently got a Nintendo Wii as a gift. I don't really know much about it, which is why I joined this site. Right now, I only have 3 games for it:

    - Wii Sports
    - Super Smash Bros Brawl
    - New Super Mario Bros. Wii

I also have these games from the Wii Shop Channel (Virtual Console):

    - Metal Slug (NeoGeo)
    - Metal Slug 2 (NeoGeo)
    - Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES)
    - A Boy and His Blob (NES)

What other games are there available that you recommend I buy?

As a side note, I unfortunately updated my Wii to the latest firmware version 4.3E and I also checked my serial number with the Wii Drive Chip Database, it is a "GC2-D2E" with black glue. Haha, I guess I wont be doing anything until homebrew supports my firmware version.

    Thanks for your time.

    It depends what you're into,

Mariokart is excellent and everyone seems to like it,
I really like RE4 but I've heard others who don't like it,
I'm not much for Red Steel 2 - even with the motion plus (which you will need for it) it doesn't seem to be very accurate.
If you like wii sports then wii sport resort is much better (again requires motion plus add on)
Obviously if you like the keep fit games then there is wii-fit etc
There's loads of party game type games which go down really well when there are a few of you to play them - but they can be boring on your own.
SMG2 does seem to be very playable.

I see. I guess I will get Mario Kart Wii and the Super Mario Galaxy 2 game then. Should I get the first Super Mario Galaxy game as well?
Are there any other good games?

To be honest, I don't really play games much nowadays. I bought Super Smash Bros Brawl and New Super Mario Bros. Wii because of nostalgia's, I had the older versions of those games on N64 and NES respectively.

As for Wii Sports, while I do have and enjoy the game, it came with the Nintendo Wii as part of the package, I would not have gone out and purchased it otherwise.
