Synced remote, now can't see games on usbloader

I got a new wii remote and synced it up to the wii. It synced perfectly, however the problem is now when I load usbloader, it only shows 2 games out of the 20 that I have loaded on the HDD. I can see the games in WBFS manager, but somehow they're not registering on usbloader.

What went wrong, and how can I fix this?

    Thanks.

Uhh, I doubt it has anything to do with the wiimote. Did you try to reload the games onto it?

I was hoping not to have to reload the games on it... wouldn't I lose all the saves so far if I did that?

The saves should be in the wii system memory unless you manually moved them.

Oh, OK. I'll try to reload the games then. Thanks for the help.
