Us Wii won't recognize SD card from save file

    Hello,

I downloaded a save file from wiisave.com to unlock all the worlds for SMG2, and it shows the files are on there when I put it in my computer, but the Wii does not show any files at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I'm assuming you're moving the file off of the sd card and onto the wii hard drive, as save files are not read from the sd card.

Have you enabled the priiloader hack "remove no copy save file protection"? After enabling said hack, copy your existing save from wii to sd, open the file on your pc, delete the data.bin, replace it with the new one you have downloaded. Make sure it is the same region. You will then have to delete the one from the wii before copying/moving the new one to the wii.

I just did it using the above method and all is fine, all worlds unlocked. Try selecting move to sd before copy. This will save you from having to delete it from the Wii. You can then select move when returning it to the Wii.

If you have the NTSC version it will show up as SB4E when you place the sd in the pc. SD/private/wii/title/SB4E/data.bin
