Problem in following New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii guide

Hi! I try using this guide(http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html) to update the version of my wii and ran to this problem here at step:

3d) "Run cIOS38 r17 installer, select IOS36 as the one it should use and then select wad install.",

when i run cIOS38 r17 installer and installing the patch it went smoothly until at the end of the installing custom IOS section, it written failed then a error pop up : (ret -1035)....

I follow every step carefully and got the softmod 140410 from Gen3SF ...Everything was fine except this last part of installing the custom IOS section at the cIOS38 r17 installer.... Can anyone help?

this is what i use to softmod:

Below picture is the sysCheck info of my wii:

After that, I got this fail error when trying installing IOS60.wad.....does anyone know why?

It written : "Fail!!! (ret -1029)"

By the way, i already try the error section and did what was told by redoing the whole step3 over again numerous times and also using AnyTitleDeleter to delete IOS249 but still the same result...

Do you have an internet connection for your wii? I'm guessing it can't find the proper files. Anywho, just check out this guide to fix the 1035 error.

check that you internet is working ...if you cant get it to work .....Do the offline method
If your Wii is 3.xU (US):SystemMenu-NTSCU-v449.rar
If your Wii is 3.xE (European):
    SystemMenu-PAL-v450.rar

Download the correct system menu file for your Wii’s region. Use WinRar to extract the sysmenu wad file. Copy the wad to your SD card and use Wad Manager to install (leave at the default settings of IOS249 and SD card slot) IOS60patched and then sysmenu.wad. Proceed to Tutorial Step 5B.
