    Region-free mod?

Hi, I just got some PAL Wii games for my 5-year-old brother for his new Wii just to find out it is the wrong region (FW 3.2U so I assume USA NTSC right?), so they didn't work.
The Wii is apparently already modded because it plays backup games from DVDs, so I was wondering if there is any way to make the Wii play games from any region? And by that I mean simply pop-up the disk and it plays, I don't think he will be able to use homebrew/ISO loaders and stuff like that every time he wants to play a game since he is just 5.
I heard about the Priiloader hacks, is that the best option?
The Wii is also apparently Korean (with model "RVL-001 (KOR)"), and someone told me that I need to be careful with it since it is Korean.

I would really appreciate your help, he has been bugging me since morning to "fix" his Wii.

see if it has priiloader installed on it. Turn off your wii, turn it back on, and hold the reset button for a few seconds. If you have it, simply go to system hacks and turn off the region. Hope this helps!

Thanks, I got a menu but it was preloader v.029, would the region free hack work on it? If not how do I update to the priiloader?

Thanks. I just used the installed preloader and enabled "region free wii games" but the games still didn't work. What am I doing wrong here?

Sounds like you have cIOSCORP installed. Do your backups work from the disk channel? To play out of region games download neogamma and load your games with that. You can force your region using the Loader.
    Damn I suck!!!!

My backups DO run from the disk channel, so I assume I must use neogamma then.
What's the best method for installing it given my situation (3.2U and with preloader installed)?

If you install priiloader you can enable region free and play most backups from the disk channel.
