Can i put photos on my wii HDD?

I have a 250 GB Hitachi. I partitioned some of it so i have like 200 GB strictly for Wii Games. Can i use the other 50 to add my photos? How would i do so? When i click on the harddrive from "my computer" it says i need to reformat and i know thats not the way to do.. cuz ive read around that you never click that... Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

You need to partition your Drive so that you have WBFS and FAT32. There are guides for that here at WiiHacks.
