If it's a loader channel and you can't load discs via the disc channel (that are your wiis region since you're on 4.2 then you're softmodded or have a wii new enough to have the new drive that has the new chipset that prevents discloading with a chip which doesn't make much sense to do.) Sounds like you're softmodded. If you're running then don't sweat anything for now. I would ensure you have priiloader installed though to block updates.

Run Syscheck with no HBC -- CB2_BB_SysCheck_1.6.1.zip

Backup and format your SD. Extract the contents to the ROOT of your SD. Put it in your wii and turn the wii on.

4.2 - Click the SD card ICON on the Wii Menu. Load boot.dol/elf. -- Syscheck starts.
    Damn I suck!!!!

It is perfectly safe, I promise. Either syscheck will load or it won't. No harm done and don't worry about all the files, you can format your card again after you run syscheck and get the report.

cIOSCORP. But it looks like you messed with some IOS since installing it. Check out Ithians guide on Removing cIOSCORP from your console if thats what you want to do.

EDIT: This is a korean changed Wii right??? Before removing anything I would post in the guide and wait for Ithian or mauifrog to confirm if that's what you decide to do. I don't know anything about korean Wii's.
    Damn I suck!!!!
